HSA stands for Home & School Association. We are a 100% volunteer organization composed of student's parents. We are a licensed Non Profit Organization with the following credentials.
Our mission is to assist in fostering a positive atmosphere at Sunnymead by engaging with its administration, faculty, and student families to create charitable activities, classroom activities, fundraising events, and more in order to benefit each child's educational experience.
This is only possible through an effective volunteer parent network.
The HSA Executive Board is responsible for overseeing all parent volunteer programs and committees. They work directly with the Sunnymead Principal to achieve fundraising goals and plan community outreach, as well as create policy guidelines as they relate to extra-curricular activities.

Committees are made up of volunteers who focus on bringing projects to life. Each committee has a chair in place that works with the executive board to gain funding and/or assistance for their projects to run smoothly and be in accordance with HSA & Sunnymead administration guidelines.
Committees rely on volunteers to keep these programs and services functional. Many volunteers can help from home in little time as tasks and needs vary by committee.
